Last December, with the assistance of parents, students, staff, and community members, the Board of Education in conjunction with Hazard, Young, and Attea Executive Search Firm, finalized the Leadership Profile including desired characteristics to identify and recruit potential superintendent candidates. The Board of Education extends its sincere appreciation to those who participated in the community forums and completed the online survey. This feedback was reviewed and incorporated into the Leadership Profile that outlines the attributes, skills, and experience that is desired of candidates.
